What is S.W.C.R.E.D.A?
Southwest Central Regional Economic Development Authority (SWCREDA) is a 501 (c)(3) Non-Profit organized solely for the promotion and advancement of economic development in Nye and Esmeralda Counties.
SWCREDA, established in 2013, is the state-designated Regional Development Authority (RDA) for the Southwest Central Region of Nevada sanctioned by the Governor’s Office of Economic Development.

The purpose of the Nye and Esmeralda Regional Economic Development Authority is to foster and encourage responsible, economic development activities that result in job creation, retention, Increased tax base, and improved business sustainability.
